Over 2.6 million children and adults in the Ohio River Valley Market are impacted by arthritis. Arthritis currently costs the U.S. $128 billion annually and is the leading cause of disability. More than 100 forms of arthritis and related conditions have been identified. Whether you are a child with juvenile arthritis, a young adult with rheumatoid arthritis or a senior with osteoarthritis – arthritis affects all age groups.
The mission of the Arthritis Foundation is to improve lives through leadership in the prevention, control and cure of arthritis diseases. Since 1956, the Ohio River Valley Market has been providing programs and services to the arthritis community throughout Southern Ohio and Kentucky.
